Job Description 

I Do For You is a wedding planning and event service company, and we're expanding our team! Since our establishment in early 2020, we have planned and styled multiple weddings big and/or small and it is time for us to expand our team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping clients put together their dream wedding/event!

This will be a 6-month traineeship with the possible opportunity to covert to a full-time role for the right candidate! You'll be joining at a time of rapid growth for our company and you will get the chance to make a tangible impact on our business through your work.

I Do For You is hiring individuals who:

  • Have a strong passion for events.

  • Is a motivated hard worker, multi-tasker, able to work both independently with self-initiative, and being a huge team player.

  • Wants to work long-term.

  • Have a strong grasp of social media and digital advertising.

  • Able to handle all social media accounts.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Can provide and churn contents on a weekly/ monthly basis. (Instagram post, stories and IGTV)

  • Is able to monitor company’s SEO and interaction with audience.

  • Is able to think out of the box to grow company's awareness.

  • Is able to simultaneously be involved with HR and Admin matters.

  • Is able to take on any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. (working with accounts team to deliver high quality and sales driven events, writing blogs. etc.)

  • Is to assist Creative Director / Lead Planners with wedding/event coordination and / or setting up of the event to ensure a smooth and successful event.

  • Is able to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Do you fit the requirements?

  • Singapore/ PR citizenship.

  • Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in marketing.

  • Preferably with Event experience/exposure is a plus.

  • Knowledge with Google SEO and social media marketing.

  • Diligent and able to adhere to reporting deadline.

  • Able to commence work immediately / or within the short notice period.

  • Bilingual and good interpersonal skills

  • Required skills in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro), Procreate and Canva applications
