Job Description
I Do For you is a wedding planning and event service company, and we are expanding our team! Since our establishment in early 2020, we have planned and styled multiple weddings big and/or small and it is time for us to expand out team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping clients put together their dream wedding/event!
Or if your skills come in the form of administrative and back-end work, alongside participating in every event on-site, then this role might just be it for you!
This will be a 6-month internship with the possible opportunity to covert to a full-time role for the right candidate! You'll be joining at a time of rapid growth for our company and you will get the chance to make a tangible impact on our business through your work.

Meeting and interact with clients, internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Have a passion for events.

Is a motivated hard worker, multi-tasker, able to work both independently with self-initiative, and being a huge team player.

Wants to work long-term.

Is interested to learn how to source / manage / meeting / interacting with internal & external vendors / stakeholders, as well as liaise with clients

Is meticulous in keeping track of tasks for clients, and props and inventory management.

Can work closely with the other departments for all liaising matters.

Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.

Has strong organizational skills.

Has an eye for detail and aesthetics, and is able to do heavy-lifting.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information properly.

Good interpersonal skills with clients and with all levels of management.

Do you fit the requirements?

Singapore/ PR citizenship.
-
Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in content creation and writing.

Preferably with Event experience/exposure is a plus.

Diligent and able to adhere to reporting deadline.

Able to commence work immediately / or within the short notice period.

Bilingual and good interpersonal skills

Proficient in using social media platforms.
