Recommended by their DJ - whom we have worked with before, YPO (Young Presidents' Organization) reached out to our founder as they were looking for a planner for their Dance and Dinner Gala event. They sought to make their first gala post-pandemic an extraordinary affair, to leave their members and guests spellbound. Wanting the essence of a wedding in their formal event while also tying party elements, they entrusted us to transform their vision into reality. We wove magic with dancefloors, wedding-like floral decor, and even orchestrated wedding-inspired traditions like a march-in, wedding games, champagne toasts, and "yam seng" cheers amidst the organisation's own traditions of prize giving and speeches.
